Please join Kristin Spong and Dan Madularu, Business Development Specialists at Mitacs and learn how Mitacs, a national not-for-profit organization, builds partnerships between academia, industry and community organizations to create a more innovative Canada.

As Business Development Specialists Kristin and Dan's role involves working proactively with academic and non-academic stakeholders to identify and engage top-level researchers to collaborate on innovative research projects both domestically and internationally with financial support through Mitacs’ programs.

Programs/items to be highlighted include the following:

Accelerate – Build research partnerships while funding your grad students and postdocs.

Elevate – Long-term research collaborations that support postdoctoral career development.

Globalink – Research Internships and Graduate Fellowships. Two-way mobility for senior undergrads and grad students.

Updates to existing programs and new opportunities.
